ADMINISTRATION 
The primary purpose of Administration studies is to prepare future high-skilled workers with knowledge and professional skills necessary to carry out tasks in public administration, business administration and security. Graduates are prepared to carry out duties on independent positions. 
The training program involves cognitive achievement of the objectives such as explaining some problems in the organizational structure and functioning of the administration, the transfer of selected content from different branches of law, and show the interdependence and linkages between different government entities. 

Administration provide the knowledge: 
• about the functioning of public administration, the mechanisms governing the operators and their mutual relationships and mechanisms for regional development, 
• from the scope of professional administration of local government institutions and the creation of local economic development, 
• allowing to take competent decisions based on the present, at the same time constantly changing system of legal norms regulating all spheres of society and business administration. 

Graduates can also gain skills in the field of interpersonal communication, team work, contact with the customer, conduct trade talks and negotiations, art, public presentation, project management. 

We offer a thorough theoretical and practical preparation, so that the graduates after the completion of study can be easily incorporated into the European and global labour market, particularly in: 
• public administration (government and local government), 
• state-owned and private companies, 
• business consultancy 
• non-governmental organizations cooperating with public authorities, 
• international and the European Union organizations. 

Administration studies last 3 years (6 semesters) and the graduates obtain a Bachelor degree. Currently, candidates for Bachelor studies can choose one of 4 of the proposed specialties: 

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND TAXATION 
A graduate of the specialty knows the rules for the functioning of the tax, banking and insurance, and the existing systems in Poland. He has the practical knowledge of the system of tax administration, customs, fiscal control, insurance companies and banks. A graduate has qualifications and practical skills in the field of public finance law, tax law, banking law, insurance law, criminal tax law and accounting

Graduates of the specialty can: 
• establish the basis for taxation and the tax due, 
• benefit from tax incentives 
• conduct the tax, the tax inspection and checking, 
• carry out investigation in customs matters, 
• account for income tax from legal entities and individuals, 
• recourse to the provisions for the excise in practice. 

Graduates of the specialty are prepared to work in: 
• revenue offices,
• revenue chambers, 
• offices of communes, districts and provinces in the cells involved in the organization tax issues, in particular the transfer of revenues between the state budget and the budgets of local authorities; 
• customs offices and chambers,
• fiscal control offices, 
• administrative courts, conducting investigations of criminal tax; 
• accounting offices,  
• companies as specialists for finance and taxes. 


COUNCIL  ADMINISTRATION
The purpose of education in the field of council administration is to train highly skilled workers prepared to deal with problems in local and central government and private companies and public, both in terms of the entry of Poland into the European Union, and in an integrated Europe. 

Graduates of the specialty can : 
• organize the accounting sector, 
• draw up a balance sheet of the implementation of the state budget and the budgets of local government units, 
• create the budget of the public finance sector, 
• manage municipal property in Poland, 
• settle disputes of the employment relationship between government employees, 
• develop strategies for socio-economic development of communes and the region,  
• find the municipal funding sources, 
• use EU funds as the support for the region.

Graduates of the specialty are prepared to work in: 
• offices of cities and communes, staroste offices, marshall's offices, 
provincial offices, 
• units of local government, auxiliary farms,
• employment offices, 
• departments  of education, 
• the National Labor Inspectorate, 
• the Social Insurance Institution, which is the availability of financial resources of social security funds, 
• administrative departments of schools, hospitals, cultural institutions, 
• business administration departments as administrative managers and the board assistants. 


OFFICES AND ARCHIVES 
Archives  and Offices specialty is designed to acquaint students, among other things, with the following issues: 
• a legal basis for filing of classified documents 
•  tworzenie wewnętrznych przepisów kancelaryjno-archiwalnyc
• the creation of internal office archive regulations,
• preparing and transmitting classified documents to the archive 
• protection of classified information in the archives 
• sharing the archive files containing classified information 


PUBLIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION 
The specialty makes it possible to get acquainted with the rules governing the activities of the guard, police and other departments responsible for maintaining public order. The students also acquire the knowledge of security in public transport, protection of people and property, learn about the principles of the functioning of the administration in crisis management. An important group of subjects taught at the Public Security Administration are the right offenders and criminology that will enable graduates to work in the police or public safety supervision authorities. 

PEDAGOG
The priority task is to educate a teacher whose mission is to create a comprehensive human development in the changing socio – cultural reality , in the light of changes in Europe and the world. 
The graduates will be equipped with teaching, philosophical, psychological and sociological knowledge and possess pedagogical skills of thinking and skills required in the implementation process in various educational institutions. 
Graduates of the specialty will possess the skills of modern methods and techniques used in teaching, possess knowledge of the communication, mediation, negotiation, social animation, directing their own development and promotion. They will be prepared for self-solving educational problems and ready to cooperate with various educational and educational policy institutions.

Pedagogy studies last 3 years (6 semesters) and the graduates obtain a Bachelor degree. Currently, candidates for Bachelor studies can choose one of 4 of the proposed specialties:

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL HELP 
The specialty is for those who are interested in child rights advocacy, orphaned children help, the child support the development of a person and work, which is aimed at stimulating development and crisis prevention among children and adolescents.


PRE-PRIMARY AND EARLY EDUCATION WITH THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE 
The specialty is addressed to people interested in the work of teaching in classes I - III of elementary schools and pre-school education institutions. 

Graduates of this specialty will be prepared to work: 
• in pre-school education establishments, 
• primary schools with integration classes
• hospital and sanatorium school classes. 


VOCATIONAL ADVISING 
The specialty is for those who are interested in analyzing and explaining the actions and behavior of a man in different stages of life, mainly in the sphere of training, development of skills needed to diagnose, design and give professional assistance to children, adolescents and adults in their professional development and career. 

Graduates of this specialty will be prepared to work as a vocational advisor in:
• educational institutions, 
• social services, 
• public and private counseling agencies, 
• career development institutions


CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ANIMATOR 
The scope of work includes the planning of cultural activities - recreation, organizing games, aerobics, dance, and the administration of centers of culture. Absolwenci nabędą umiejętności posługiwania się językiem obcym na poziomie B2. Graduates will acquire the skills to use the language at  level B2.

Graduates obtain a Bachelor degree in the field of cultural and recreational animation, giving the right to work: 
• in schools, 
• hotels, recreational centers, 
• on cruise ships. 

PEDAGOGY – SOCIAL WORKER SPECIALTY 
The specialty is for those who are interested in gaining professional knowledge and practical skills to tackle the problems including: inefficiency in the operation of individual and social life due to poverty, violence, homelessness, unemployment, disability, old age, helplessness, alcoholism, drug addiction, crime, migration. 
Graduates will possess the knowledge that will enable them to identify the functioning of the household, which is to meet the needs of an individual and a family. 
Acquired skills and qualifications will allow for work as a social worker, guardian or teacher in: 
• care institutions, 
• family support centers, 
• social welfare, 
• emergency care, 
• adoption centers, 
• school facilities and educational, 
• centers of crisis intervention, 

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
The purpose of the studies at the Finance and Accounting is to prepare graduates for professional tasks related to play an active role in shaping economic processes, especially at the level of operators. They acquire the competence to carry out operational, analytical and managerial tasks in enterprises, banks, institutions, budget, revenue offices. They are prepared to self-design financial enterprises and solve financial and management problems efficiently. 
Graduates gain professional knowledge in the field of public finance, capital market, tax system, banking, accounting, insurance, finance, international finance needed to perform functions related to the analysis, evaluation and design of business processes, focusing on financial issues. 

Finance and Accounting studies last 3 years (6 semesters) and the graduates obtain a Bachelor degree or 3.5 years (7 semesters), then the graduates obtain an Engineer degree.

Currently, candidates for the studies can choose one of the 8 specialties:
Bachelor's Specialties: 
MANAGER OF TRADE AND SERVICES - specialty designed for people who want to possess the knowledge of: organization of sales, promotions, advertising; teaches the use of computer technology in the shop and trains language skills necessary in business contacts with clients abroad. 
ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INSURANCE - line for people interested in working for insurance companies, brokerage and leasing companies, local government offices, financial and personnel departments of companies and all kinds of economic entities, which should be the scope of cooperation with the insurance companies and insurance agencies. 
ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING - line for people interested in working in financial departments - accounting, audit firms and for individuals wishing to lead the accounting office. 
TOURISM AND HOTEL INDUSTRY - the specialty of the institutions workers involved in the wider tourism and people interested in running independent travel agents and hotels. 


SOCIAL POLICY - FINANCING AND ORGANIZATION 

SPECIALTIES GIVING THE TITLE OF ENGINEER: 
CAR AND TRANSPORT MEASUREMENT AND INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY

This is a new, interesting and original offer of training in the new University, perfectly meets the expectations of the modern labour market in the country and the European Union. The curriculum prepared and carried out by eminent experts coming from well-known universities is a skilful combination of economic and technical knowledge. This knowledge is supplemented by intensive teaching of computer science and English. The classes also include the teaching of practical use of specialized software, including companies AUDATEX and INFO-EKSPERT for repairs costing and pricing of vehicles. 

PUBLIC HEALTH
The purpose of teaching at the Public Health is to prepare qualified specialists in the field of public health, who have the necessary skills and competence to take a variety of functions in the broader field of public health protection and further career development, including master studies, post-graduate training and doctorate studies . 
Public Health as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge covers the issues of medicine, social sciences and economic sciences and management. 


Public Health studies last 3 years (6 semesters) and the graduates obtain a Bachelor degree or 3.5 years (7 semesters), then the graduates obtain an Engineer degree.

Currently, candidates for the studies can choose one of 4 proposed specialties.

Bachelor's Specialties: 

HEALTH PROTECTION - specialty for managers in the health sector, departmental nurses, administrative and medical staff; 
CATERING and DIETETICS - specialty for those interested in running bars, restaurants, intending to pursue professions related to the planning of meals at different sites and conduct dietary advice; 
BODY FITNESS AND  COSMETOLOGY - specialty for those interested in the performance of: aerobics instructor trainer, stretching, yoga and other unconventional methods and for people running fitness clubs. 
BIOLOGICAL RENEWAL - this is a specialty for those interested in such issues as diagnosis and removal of fatigue, work with athletes - synchronization with the process of reconstruction of training, recovery, minimizing the effects of injury, massage, physiotherapy. The Graduates can work in hotels, clubs, spa centers, offices and cosmetic stores, sports clubs, gyms, etc. 

SOCIAL WORK
Social work is an expression of a specific responsibility that society takes for individuals and groups who can not cope alone with the problems of social functioning. A representative of the community and the person who assumes the burden of responsibility for others is just a social worker, who has to fulfill a kind of mission of its kind, as he becomes a direct contractor of social policy within the terms of assistance to all who need support, therefore, a social work graduate has to show comprehensive education. 
A Social Work graduate will have philosophical and sociological knowledge that will enable him to get to know the essence of human and social processes. Scientific and psychological knowledge will give him the basis for the understanding of the man - environment system and facilitate understanding of the processes occurring in the human body that guarantee the good functioning of the biological, psychological and social factors. Economic and legal knowledge, in turn, will help understand the mechanisms impinging on the allocation and operation of social services and their formal and legal instrumentalism. A graduate will also have the knowledge that will enable him to identify the functioning of micro-environment - household, which is to meet the needs of the individual and the family.
